Banking or Financial, Trading Industries experience will be plus.
JD:
· Good hands on experience is implementing and testing securities trading platform including traditional market and contemporary market place like ECNs and dark pools.
· Exposure to the trade life cycle of different asset classes like equity, fixed income, derivatives, structured products etc,.
· Working experience in FIX Protocol and other trade messaging protocol.
· Extensive experience in performing functional and regression testing using trade data from production and ability to troubleshoot the issues by understanding the data nuances.
· Extensive knowledge of requirements gathering, analysis and documentation using UML methodology
· Experience in stakeholder interaction and expectation management
Technical Knowledge
· Experience in any scripting languages like Python, perl, shell scripting.
· Some basic knowledge of network protocols (TCP,UDP) is an added advantage
· Must have exposure to test automation tools like Win Runner, Load runner, QTP etc,.
· Understanding of applied databases like Nedezda and GreenPlum is an added advantage
· Hands on experiencing in conceptualising, designing and developing test automation tool/utility
· Working knowledge on defect management tools like Test Director, Clear Quest, TeamTrack etc.
